Category: Omnia The Golden Age

This is an authentic uncut sheet of Omnia Antica playing cards pulled straight off the Expert Playing Card Co. factory press prior to being cut and boxed.
Thirdway Industries uncut sheets are very rare: are produced just for Kickstarter Backers and only few are available after the campaign.

Omnia Antica is the main deck of Omnia: The Golden Age and represents an era of abundance and wealth.

The main Omnia theme is cyclicality, especially in the sense of something constantly re-creating itself, the eternal return. The main symbol is the Uroboros, the immortal God-snake who eats its own tail, represents the beginning and the end of time.

Based on the ancestors of the first Omnia, decks of Omnia: The Golden Age will throw you in an Era full of treasures, heroes and war. Suits are inspired by ancient civilizations: Hearts are inspired by Egyptians, Spades are inspired by Babylonians and Persians, Clubs are inspired by Greeks and Diamonds are inspired by Romans.

Every court live a different era in each deck: in Magnifica they are ancient heroes, forgotten in the remote past. In Antica they live an era of abundance and wealth. In Perduta they are preparing to fight a huge war, that will end the Golden Age and will throw the world in the present, represented by Omnia Oscura of the Omnia: The First series.

Abigail ★★★★★

I hung it on my wall with some magnetic clips and it immediately became the focal point of the room. The card backs have this incredible metallic gold shimmer that shifts as you walk past, much more striking than I expected from a factory sheet.

Chloe ★★★★★

The uncut sheet arrived rolled in a sturdy tube, and you can actually see the registration marks and color bars along the edge where it came off the press. Framed it above my desk and it's easily the best piece in my card collection.

Sebastian ★★★★☆

Rolled up tight in a thick tube, so it took some careful flattening under books, but the gold foil on the uncut sheet really pops under light. Nice to see the full tuck design and back pattern together before the cutting stage.
