The coin of Hybris, perfect to fit the carving in the Ebony Box. It feature Itzamma (God of Creation) on one side and Itzammara (Goddess of Destruction) on the other.
The detail on Itzamma versus Itzammara is sharper than I expected for a coin this size. It dropped right into the carving in my box with no wobble at all. The gold finish has that worn, ancient look without feeling cheap.
Wasn't sure the 2" size would feel substantial in hand, but it has a nice weight to it. The ancient gold finish makes Itzamma and Itzammara look like something dug out of a ruin. It dropped right into the carving in my Ebony Box like it was made for it.
This coin fits the Ebony Box’s carving like it was made for it, and the Ancient Gold Finish really catches the light nicely. The 2″ size gives it a satisfying weight in hand, and you can make out both Itzamma and Itzammara clearly without squinting.
